CDP Construction (formerly CDP Hardware) was founded May 2005 and is a 100% woman-owned company with WBE and DBE certifications. These   assist general contractors in meeting the participation goals  encountered in the public and private  sectors.

Full Service:

We are a full service entity, whose services range from supplying materials used in construction projects to performing general condition type work. This includes finish carpentry, trim packages, historical restoration of windows and doors, temporary walls, safety railings and barriers. All work utilizes skilled union carpenters.

Historical Buildings:

We do specialize in the restoration of windows and doors in historical buildings, colleges, universities and privately developed buildings as well as government owned buildings. You will find that the carpenters assigned to any of our clients’ projects do have extensive experience in the acceptable methods used in the repair of historical windows and doors.

New and Historical Windows and Doors:

Our carpenters are versatile and very experienced for any assignment or contract.  For example, CDP  carpenters do have the needed experience in the installation of new windows and doors as well.

Submitting Important Paperwork:

CDP  provides the necessary attention to detail when submitting required paperwork such as submittals, insurance certificates and certified payrolls. Always submitted in a timely manner to ensure scheduling goals.
